  Everybody was so warm and friendly. They made us feel comfortable in a very difficult situation.
  
  They helped us in every aspect of getting him home from a remote location, dressing the body, picking the casket, and helped understand the whole process with gentle hands.
  
  They helped us make a video, and they helped with the program, made a flash drive with photos, recordings of the funeral. Furnished us with blankets and hand warmers at the grave site during the cold weather. They thought of everything and made us feel very comfortable.
  
  I would recommend them to anyone going this process of saying goodbye to a loved one.

  I never realized how much you have to plan and take care of in just 1 week. No one wants to plan a funeral and it's never easy but Nelson family mortuary was so organized it made the planning process a lot easier so we could be together as a family and not have to stress as much about my fathers funeral arrangements. From the moment we walked in the mortuary it was so serene. I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The building itself is gorgeous and to have mount Timpanogos as a back drop makes it perfect. They were very respectful and never made us feel pressured with making decisions but only guided us and made sure things were how we wanted or how my father would have wanted them.
  I was beyond impressed with the viewing which was held at our local church just before the funeral service. They had provided drinks for the family (which I very much needed) and mints for visitors. These are small touches that make a big difference. I am so grateful for Nelson Family Mortuary. Thank you for all you did for my father and our family!

  The folks at Nelson Family Mortuary were simply amazing! The building and atmosphere were beautiful, Lance and the rest of the staff were so helpful! Our family has always used a different local mortuary in the Provo area. This time we were a little disappointed with the service we received and decided to try Nelson Family Mortuary. They were so helpful, professional and kind. They handled things with this other mortuary for us and helped to make a difficult occasion into a happier and stress-free one. I would definitely recommend Nelson Family Mortuary as my first choice.

  Nelson Family Mortuary was compassionate and understanding in our families time of need. Our father passed away in Hawaii, and Nelson Family Mortuary was by our side every step of the way. Making sure we were able to get my Dad back home to Utah, as well as answering all of our questions. They were respectful and patient throughout a difficult time.
  The building is beautiful. It is so peaceful with great scenic views of the Mountains.
  Thank you Nelson Family Mortuary for all the support and love that was shown to my family.

  The funeral home is beautiful, and is in a lovely setting. I am so glad we chose to have my father's services here. Everything was peaceful and attractive. The staff was very helpful, and we received excellent service. I highly recommend this mortuary.
